Do I have to pay the buyer’s agent?
No. You choose what (if anything) to offer a buyer’s agent during the listing setup. Many sellers still offer 2–3% to remain competitive, but it is entirely your call.
Who actually lists my home?
A licensed real-estate broker in your state, partnered with FlatFeeDIY. Their license and MLS membership are what allows your home to appear in the MLS.
What happens when my home sells?
You and the buyer (or buyer’s agent) negotiate the contract. Our partner broker can review the contract on request. You pay no commission to FlatFeeDIY at closing.
Can I cancel?
