- A traditional listing agent. You are listing your home yourself. Our partner broker provides the MLS access and basic compliance review.
- A buyer’s-agent commission. If you choose to offer one (e.g. 2.5%), it’s paid out of your closing proceeds — not to us.
- Negotiation on your behalf. You negotiate directly with buyers or their agents. Add-ons like Contract Review can help.
- Closing costs. Title insurance, escrow, transfer taxes and similar items are paid at closing, just like any sale.
